You can only lose experience, not the levels itself. Grab airdrops and deliver it for experience, if you're dying a lot, make sure you don't deliver it frequently unless you have enough to pass the next rank, this way you won't lose that much Survivor points when dying. I recommend Singleplayer for first play through, but Co-Op is fine as well if you're starting with a friend. We do encourage original content, however. Unmarked posts will be removed and member subject to severe punishment.
